I’ve been working in Kesenuma and Rikuzentakata (northern Japan) for the past month+ with a team of friends from Philadelphia doing relief work as volunteers assisting in the rebuilding efforts.

As a former Panic beta tester, and proud PPU (Panic Product User), I’d just like to say thank you for your efforts to aid the relief efforts over here. Panic is, without a doubt, a team of amazing folks.

Namaste,
D

I’m reading all your comments!
Thank you so much for your praying, donating and supporting.

We returned to Kashiwa-shi last Saturday after having received iPad 2 from Kenichi.
Japan office also opened from this Tuesday!

The inconvenience of the radiological threat, the power failure and aftershocks continue.

However, daily life is recovering day by day in Kanto area (is surrounding area of Tokyo).
And, everybody is working to recover daily life of Japan!

“Panic Software announced they would donate 100% of a day’s proceeds to relief efforts in Japan. I own their software so I decided to buy a Transmit license for the first to retweet my offer. Brie, from Vietnam, was the first so she got copy of the best FTP app. $34 goes to Japan. Panic’s blog post is touching. I thank them for their inspiring generosity. Connections made. People helped. It’s a small world after all.”

I spent 13 years on Tokyo and still maintain a home there which my mother-in-law is taking care of for us. Lucky enough to be in Hong Kong when the earthquake hit, but on my way back to Tokyo tomorrow to do what I can for family and friends.

I’ve come close to buying your products in the past but just never pulled the trigger. I missed the donation window, but I’m buying anyway. Thank you.
